Each wall or partition section has vertical cylindrical cavities inside, as well as dovetail grooves extending the height of each section. Each section contains tie-irons reinforced with metal, onto which concrete is poured, thus solidifying the structure. Gravel-based concrete may be replaced by expanded volcanic rock concrete, which increases the thermal and sound insulation properties. Water, heating and electricity supply lines can be incorporated inside the wall or partition sections. Air may be circulated to increase the insulation and the sections may be used for industrial buildings.
