Disclosed are a mobile user IP address management method, a network access method, and a source tracing method, apparatus and system. After a mobile user is registered, an identity location register allocates a static public network IP address to the mobile user; and when the mobile user accesses the Internet, the mobile user can always use the static public network IP address to execute a related service. During source tracing, a static public network IP address used when a mobile user accesses the Internet is acquired, then an identity location register to which the static public network IP address belongs is found, and the mobile user corresponding to the static public network IP addresses can be found according to records of the identity location register allocating the static public network IP address to each mobile user. In the present invention, a static public network IP address can be allocated to a mobile user, and the mobile user uses a same IP address for a long time period; when source tracing is performed, corresponding user information can be acquired by querying the IP address in the identity location register, the implementation is simple, and the source tracing is quick and accurate. |
