The frame member is provided with a longitudinally aligned undercut slot which accommodates a rotatable fastening element secured to the mounting element. This fastening element is eccentrically formed relative to the axis of rotation so that it is aligned either in the undercut section or alternatively grips to the rear of the undercut. Pref. the fastening element in the plane of the axis of rotation has a right angle shape, the diagonally opposed sides being rounded off. The larger dia. of the right angle is equal to the slot width below the undercut section, the smaller dia. matching the width above the undercut.
