<p>Fresh air is selectively blown over the driver by vents under the steering wheel and in the side of the central console, and by dashboard mounted vents at the side of the dashboard. A U-or V-shaped duct is moulded in a shallow setting in the inside of the car door, wider at each end and with directional vanes, to guide the airflow at each end. The duct collects the directed airflow from the dashboard vent and distributes it over the side of the driver. The system eliminates side draughts over the driver's hands and provides a more effective air distribution.</p> |
