<p>Polyurethane compsns are claimed which contain arom atic petroleum extracts as plasticisers with the following properties:- aniline pt. -12 to +30 degrees C (NFM 07.021), flow index -24 to +20 degrees C pref. -15 to 0 degrees C (NFT 60.105, a measure of paraffin content) and kinematic viscosity at 50 degrees C >20 cs., pref. 100-300 cs. The compsng. pref. contains 30-80 wt.% of the extract and opt. contains fillers. In the absence of fillers the extract content is pref. 10-60%. Binders for coating compsn. for road surfaces, sports grounds, floors, also as sealants and shock absorbers.</p> |
