PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an imaging lens that achieves reduction in the size of the imaging lens and reduction in aberration fluctuation due to focusing and that has excellent optical characteristics; and an imaging device to which the imaging lens is applied.SOLUTION: An imaging lens comprises, in order from an object side; a first lens group G1 having positive refractive power; a second lens group G2 having negative refractive power; and a third lens group G3 having positive refractive power. The second lens group G2 has one or more positive lenses and one or more negative lenses. While the first lens group G1 and the third lens group G3 are fixed to an imaging forming surface, the second lens group G2 moves along an optical axis from the object side to an image side to perform focusing from an infinity object to a short-distance object, and the imaging lens satisfies a predetermined conditional expression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
