<p>The format system is for data processing installations with sheet shaped carriers for the reception of changing data or information sorted according to column heads corresponding to an automatic data processing system. The permanent column heads are attached to a special carrier intended as a stencil for the data carrying sheets. The stencil fitted with the permanent column headings consists of a transparent material on which the headings are printed in the order required, and may include such items as income tax, bonus, insurance deductions, etc., so that the installation may be used for processing of staff salary payments.</p> |
