PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a wire bundle which can be fitted easily to a large-diameter wire bundle without generating chips. SOLUTION: A holder 41 is constituted of a base part 42; a lock piece 43 protruding from the surface of the base part 42 and fitted at a panel; a first band member 44 protruding from one side surface of the base part 42, extended in a prescribed direction, formed with a first irregularity parts 44a continuously at its outer periphery surface, and bent at a prescribe radius of curvature; a second band member 45 protruding from the other side surface of the base part 42, extended in a prescribed direction, continuously formed with the second irregularity parts 45a for engaging with the first irregularity parts 44a at its inner periphery surface, and bent at the same radius of curvature as the first band member 44; engaging irregularity parts 44b continuously formed at the inner periphery surface of the first band member 44; and an engaging piece 46 formed at the back face of the base part 42 and capable of engaging with the engaging irregularity parts 44b. |
