PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To noninvasively and accurately estimate a variation quantity of a living body component.SOLUTION: A living body component estimation device 10 includes a first acquisition part 12A and a first estimation part 12B. The first acquisition part 12A acquires a scattering coefficient distribution image where a scattering coefficient of a measurement object region E of a living body for light including the wavelength region of a near-infrared region is prescribed for each pixel.
