<p>Low molecular weight polymers of ethylenically unsaturated monomers are prepared by a bulk polymerization process using organic mercaptans as the polymerization catalysts and carried out in the presence of oxygen. These low molecular weight polymers find utility as high solids casting and coating resins.</p> |
