Sintered micro-powder of tetrafluoroethylene polymers

摘要

The process for the preparation of sintered micro-powder of tetrafluoroethylene polymer comprising atomizing an aqueous dispersion containing 5 to 80 percent by weight of tetrafluoroethylene polymer particles having 0.05 to 0.5 micron average particle size into a gas at a temperature above the melting point of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer and recovering the sintered micro-powder.
