Intelligent locating shoes and a safety and health management system. The intelligent locating shoes comprise a first locating shoe (11) and a second locating shoe (21) which are mutually matched to constitute a pair of locating shoes and are worn on the left foot and the right foot of a monitored person respectively. The first locating shoe (11) comprises a first shoe body (12) and a first shoe sole (13) arranged on the bottom of the first shoe body (12), and the second locating shoe (21) comprises a second shoe body (22) and a second shoe sole (23) arranged on the bottom of the second shoe body (22). The system provides the intelligent locating shoes which are safe and reliable, good in sealing performance, low in power consumption and convenient for assembly and the safety and health management system which is accurate in locating and has the function of safety and health management.
