Steel contg. C 0.05-0.1, Si 2.5-4.0, Se 0.01-0.1, and >=1 of As 0.003-0.15, Bi, Pb 0.01-0.3 each, and Sb 0.01-0.2 but 0.01-0.5% in total, is casted by cooling at a rate of >15 degrees/min. over the range of 1000-400 degrees, opt. continuously bloomed to slab, heated to 1050-350 degrees, (1100-300 degrees), hot-rolled, cold-rolled at >60 draft, decarburised and finally annealed. The magnetic flux d. (B8) is 1.83-1.97 Wb/m2 and Fe loss (W17/50) 1.01-1.24 W/kg. |
