The measuring body is a tube which is so positioned between the two structural parts that one part engages on the inside of the tube and the other part on the outside of the tube. The forces act normally to the tube wall and along the tube axis, offset in relation to one another. The deformation pick-up is arranged in the region of the tube which is located along the tube between the zones of application of force. The measuring tube can be rotatable about its axis and lockable in a certain position. The stresses on the measuring pick-up areas can be reversed by turning the measuring tube.
