<p>The agricultural fertiliser distributor which is pneumatically operated to discharge powdered material through a set of nozzles at the rear of the storage chamber, as in the main patent, has the helical discharge duct (1) and its nozzles mounted to rotate about the axis (43) of the fan so that the nozzles can be swung upwards at any required angle. A short sleeve (1b) projecting from the side of the duct locates inside the flanged tube (40) around the fan spindle (45) to act as a bearing, and clamps (41) attached by bolts (42) to the face of the duct are used to lock the duct in its required alignment onto the flange (40a). An alternative centring method using gussets can be used instead of the short sleeve (1b).</p> |
