The telescopic cylindrical pneumatic servomotor is controlled by a pair of quick action valves which are incorporated in the body of the device instead of using connecting lines which tend to cause a build up of pressure and inefficient operation. The device has a hollow piston which travels inside an outer sleeve and inside which travels the working piston. Incorporated in the end cap of the sleeve and in the end cap of the hollow piston is a valve device with a hollow chamber housing a resilient plug which blocks the narrow chamber communicating immediately with the interior of the chambers each end of the device by seating on the inlet and discharge orifices.
