The pressure flushing valve has an automatic water disinfectant dispenser operated at the end of the flushing phase. This arrangement ensures that the odour trap and the wall of a flushing arrangement, such as a basin, is filled or wetted with disinfectant and is not flushed away. The flushing tube (1) connected to a flushing valve has a flow blocking element (3) held on the valve. The flushing tube has a pumping arrangement actuated by the pressure difference generated before the end of the downwards movement of the blocking element in the flushing tube for injecting disinfectant liquid into the flushing tube. The pumping arrangement has a spring (6) loaded piston (5) in the cylinder (4) connected by a nonreturn valve (11, 12) to the disinfectant storage (10) and to the pumping cylinder tube (1). Additional channel (7) is provided at the higher lever than the channel (8) with the nonreturn valve (11).
