<p>The apparatus has two legs with at least one springy gripping claw between them and it is moved down by a manually operated device, and is lifted by a spring. At least one gripping claw (14) is mounted on a support (10, 11) which is able to move with respect to the other gripping claw (15) and the control mechanism has guiding elements (18, 20, 26, 30) which are able to convert the manual operation into a downward movement of the first gripping claw (14) which is followed by a transversal movement. Return movement is carried out in opposite order.</p> |
