DIBENZYL GLYCOLIC ACID DERIVATIVES

Dibenzylglycolic acid derivatives of the formula I, in which the individual symbols have the meaning given in Patent Claim 1, are prepared by esterification of both the acid function and the alcohol function of an optionally substituted dibenzylglycolic acid in any desired sequence. The product obtained can then be converted into its salts. The compounds obtained exhibit an unusual anti-hypertensive and antisecretory profile of action.
