<p>The demodulator, for a data modern, has the reference carrier for pseudo-coherent demodulation obtained by multiplying the received signal by 4, filtering and then redividing by 4. A polarity reversing device (RD) is used to obtain the reference carrier from the four-phase switched signal with phase jumps that are odd multiples of 45 deg. The polarity reversing device inverts a received frequency multiplied signal from the filter every second phase change for the duration of one stage. A switched phase shifter (PSU) is switched round by 45 deg. after every switch stage.</p> |
