The moulded cover protects users from accidental contact with the exposed terminals of electrically powered equipment. The cover is formed from some electrically insulating material and has two integral toothed internal projections (23, 24) which snap into two mating holes in the terminal block of the equipment, such that accidental knocking or vibration cannot dislodge it. The top and two sides of the cover snap on to the equipment and the front of the cover has an inner blade so shaped that it engages in a slot in the front face of the equipment. Spacing members hold the cover firmly on the equipment. |
