<p>A grill cooker has a heating unit (10) mounted upright on a support frame (12 to 16) whilst several stations for the grill spits (30), mounted grouped round the heating unit on the support frame have battery-fed drive units (20) which have drive sockets (24) in which the spits can be vertically inserted. Using independent grilling stations allows optimum use of the heat radiated from the heating unit and the multiple grill unit allows each station to be used for grilling a different food. The heating unit is preferably connected on the underneath to a collecting tray (11) so that in the case of a charcoal heating unit the ash can be readily collected.</p> |
