A stand pipe extends up into the housing in the manner of an outlet pipe prolongation, to act as an overflow. A bell-shaped component is situated in the annular space between the standpipe and the housing, such that the stand pipe can be separated and removed entirely from the assembly. It is construction so that the upper edge of the overflow pipe is not higher than the floor of the housing. The standpipe can be removed from the housing without breaking the seal.
