Tyre grips for soft ground - with four hoops on parallelogram with screw adjustment (AR300975)

The four tyre grip hoops (24) are mounted at the end of four levers (10,11,12,13) joined into a parallelogram. A cross strut is provided by a threaded stud (29) which is turned to increase or decrease the width of the parallelogram. The system is fitted over the tyre with the parallelogram extended into its maximum width. The spindle stud is then turned to pull the grips into the tyre. When tightened they provide a secure grip. The tyre need not be turned while fitting the grips. Good traction is provided in the softest ground. When not in use the system folds into a compact package.
