<p>The agricultural tractor has an internal combustion engine driving a hydraulic pump which supplies the motive force both to the wheels and to an independent power take-off shaft through a clutch and gears. The engine drives the pump by a chain of gears and, the engine, pump and clutch are combined in a single housing. The pump is engaged by a hand lever which can be instantly moved to the neutral position by a single foot pedal.</p> |
