<p>School bag consists of several fabric portions stitched together, consisting of polyamide threads with seams pref. double seams of plastic thread. The handle consists of a flexible plastic strip, pref. >=2 PVC synthetic leather strips between which is a textile inlay and which are stitched together and fixed at the side ends to the fabric portions by rivets, staples, etc. The fabric portions may be lined with a water-repellent layer e.g. an acrylic layer. The handle may be covered with a gripping sleeve e.g. of foamed synthetic leather. Between the ends of the handle and the fabric portions may be attached a ring for attaching a carrying strap. The handle has a tear strength of >=100 kg, does not break even in very cold weather, and always remains soft.</p> |
