The baling wire winder is used for coiling or winding balls of wire used for weaving into reinforcing meshes, concrete reinforcements and similar configurations. The winder can be rigidly attached to a round timber by displaceable retainers, with the aid of four holes. It can be easily rotated by two ball bearings on the handle and on the retainer positions. It incorporates a curved front piece, over which the wire ball is wound up and then easily removed. There may be a plastic handle above the rotating handle, similar to the handle bar of a bicycle. The winder may have a corrosion resistant varnish finish.
