<p>The apparatus is used to exercise the body muscles by lifting a weighed exercise bar on the shoulders, either standing or from a squatting position. It comprises two pairs of uprights l inked by crossbars and fixed to a wall to form two sides. Each upright is two square section tubes with spacers between to provide a gap. This gap is used as a guide for several support rests on the front and rear uprights, each rest being adjustable for height. The weighted bar is supported in these and safely rests are provided to prevent accidental dropping of the bar.</p> |
