The invention relates to electronic Hi-Fi and Hi End audio frequency amplifiers. The following is achieved: any conversion and shift scale factor obtained; Miller effect eliminated; phase shift eliminated; dynamic distortion eliminated; general feedback eliminated; intermodulation distortion eliminated. Performance of a follower is about 50%. The action of the follower is symmetrical across the entire range of input signal voltages, and protection is provided against short circuit in the load. An amplifier comprises in serial an input pulse transformer, DAC, voltage follower. The DAC comprises a preliminary converter connected with a current follower, the output of which is the analog output of the DAC. The voltage follower comprises two serial circuits of a controllable current source and emitter follower having a common connection point of these four elements, and also two control current adjusters, two control transistors. The adjusters connect power terminals with control inputs of the emitter followers. Connected bases of the control transistors are analog input of the voltage follower. The emitters of the control transistors are connected with the control inputs of the emitter followers, collectors are connected with the control inputs of the controllable current sources. |
