This connector element for strings of beads is made in two interlocking parts. The two parts are locked together by a pair of cylindrical pegs (7) on one connector piece which fit into two corresponding bores (8) in the other half. The connectors fit over the end beads on the string to connect the ends. The beads fit into spaces (10,11) in the connector halves which fit closely together to give the appearance of being part of the necklace. The parts can be parted or fitted together easily and are simple to produce from plastic or metal. |
