A resonance-type power transmission system that: transmits power at a unique resonance frequency, between a transmission-side resonator (13) having a transmission coil (131) and a reception-side resonator (21) having a reception coil; and comprises a dielectric body (132) arranged facing a vertical surface in the axial direction of at least either the transmission coil (131) or the reception coil and having at least either a variable surface area facing said coil or a variable distance to said coil.
