[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing a culture supernatant of mesenchymal stem cells having exceptional tissue regeneration capacity, exceptional disease healing action, or high physiological activity. [Solution] Provided is a method for producing a stem cell culture supernatant, wherein the method includes [a] a step for supplying culture solution to stem cells seeded on the inner surfaces of permeable membrane hollow fibers, [b] a step for culturing the stem cells by bringing the culture solution into contact with the stem cells, and [c] a step for recovering the culture solution containing components secreted by the stem cells. |
