The correcter automatically compensates for the deviation in a motorcycle headlight when turning. It comprises a Z-shaped bracket (60) fixed to the headlight casing, the centre section (62) being perpendicular to the end portions (61, 63) and provided with a central aperture (62a) positioned horizontally. The bracket can flex (62g) horizontally about a vertical axis (SS) through the aperture, a spring tongue (61d) providing tension. A double ended electric motor (51) is fixed (52d, 62d) into the aperture, each shaft rotating a cup-shaped mass (54) forming a gyrometer (50). When turning the regression is sensed by probes between a fixed parallel plate (66), or by a strain gauge at the point of flexure.
|
