The shelf (1) is equipped with inverted channels (3) running on rollers fitted each side of the space under the bar. Parallel to the channels and on the underside of the shelf are two rotary spring loaded rods each carrying an adjustable support leg (6) and castor wheel (17) at the front. Under the shelf the rod is fitted with an arm bearing on a shaped rod acting as a cam. In the closed position, the castors are folded underneath the shelf and when the shell is pulled out, rod and arm pass over the cam and the castors automatically drop down onto the floor. |
