The assembly has a plate (5) provided with a sleeve (51) for allowing passage of a prefabricated pipe of a service shaft between upper and lower stages defining a storey. The sleeve is fixed on a base (52). The plate is fixed on a support formed of a precast slab (21) and a sheath. The sheath includes metallic reinforcement to maintain the prefabricated pipe and to assure positioning the prefabricated pipe in the sleeve, where length of the prefabricated pipe is greater than height of the sheath. An independent claim is also included for a method for mounting and installing a prefabricated assembly. |
