PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a place where information is distributed in advance and to smoothly start provision of information to a user.SOLUTION: In an in-vehicle device 200, a positioning section positions a present position. A client information transmission section transmits client information showing an executable application and/or a reproducible content type to a distribution server 300 via a radio device 100A for advance notice. A distribution information reception section receives distribution information for designating a distribution area and a channel to be used for distribution from the distribution server 300 via the radio device 100A for advance notice. A setting section sets a channel receiving content data on the basis of the distribution information. A content reception section receives the content data at the set channel from a radio device 100B for programs.
