The fuel injector pump has a pump piston also acting as a distributor, and a pipe with a throttle position, through which a control slide displaces and brakes the fuel on its return; in the pipe there is a control member actuated synchronously with the piston, which maintains the pipe open for a time shorter than the time between two conveying strokes of the pump, the control member comprising the piston itself. A hydraulic secondary piston (30) in an auxiliary pump circuit is inserted in the distributor body (31) of the pump, and moves during conveyance against the force of a spring (32) towards a speed-dependent hydraulically displaced spherical cam (34) or any other kind of stop, so that the time at which the control slide begins its control stroke varies. |
