<p>N,N,N',N'-tetraphenyldiaminomethane, antioxidant for rubber, is prepared by reaction of 2 molar proportions of diphenylamine and 0.8-1.3 molar proportions of formaldehyde at room temperature. The reaction may be carried out in a storage container, for example a thermoplastic container which, holding the tetraphenyldiamonomethane, can be added to and will blend into a rubber mix.</p> |
