The saddle-ride-type vehicle has a particular combination of components that allows for additional freedom of layout of the parts. The vehicle includes a main frame extending rearwardly in a longitudinal direction and downwardly from a head pipe. A seat frame extends rearwardly in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle from the main frame. A rider's seat is supported on a seat frame from below.
