The dimensions are such that the wall material of the hollow body 16 fills the residual space at the end of the bore represented by the cross-hatched areas 11, 19, 21. Thus all the fixing substance is forced into the space between the threads 10, 12. Alternatively, an additional volume of material may be introduced with the hollow body to fill up the residual space if the material of the body is not in itself sufficient. |
