Suspension system for objects from movable umbrella canopy - uses fibrous support band penetrated by hook of eyelet hanger

The suspension system may use a fibrous support band (16) with hooked eyelets (17). The hooks penetrate the fibre (16) to gain support with the eyelet (17) hanging downwards. The system may be used to suspend objects from the edge (12) of movable canopy which cantilevers from a central pole, and to suspend objects in vending displays. The fibrous band (16) may be bonded (15) to a backing strip (14) which is in turn fixed to the inner vertical faces of the canopy edge (12). Alternatively the support band may comprises a strip of fabric which is built onto a symmetrically and longitudinally undulating wire. The top halves of the undulations are built into the fabric with a series of descending loops.
