<p>Sludge extractor plant comprises a tank with a partition of which the horizontal part is connected to the remainder of the tank via filters, and is connected by a float valve to the sludge water inlet and to a suction pump. Pref. several tanks are used simultaneously, and the filter chamber is connected to the suction pump via a magnetic valve. When one magnetic valve is switched off, or the suction pump may be set in operation simultaneously, so that the pump is used to clean only one tank at a time. Where only one tank is used, the magnetic valve is omitted and the pump connected directly. The plant allows continuous cleaning of any number of tanks with a single pump.</p> |
