The part 5 has an eccentric collar 5<SP>11</SP> supporting a locking ring 6 having a catch projection 6<SP>1</SP> displaceable radially by turning a key in the lock 3. A plate 13 has two diametrically opposed bayonet catches 13<SP>1</SP> and abuts a further spring 14. Grooves may be provided in the inner and outer edges of an annular plate 10 and the outer edge of a cap housing 2 to permit escape of gases for compensation of pressure.</p> |
