The locking plate (21) is hooked into the slot (19) of the lock counter part (18) hinged by pins (17) to the slidably arranged plate (12). The locking plate is kept in locked position by lip (20) resting against the forward edge of the hinged counterpart (18) and by pins (25) resting against the tip of cam (3). The slidable plate (12) is kept in place by a spring loaded ball (10) up to a certain pre-adjusted tensional force. When, in case of an impact or deceleration this force is exceeded, plate (12) slides forward, whereby pin (25) clears the tip of cam (3), which under the action of a clockwork starts rotating anticlockwise until its tip (27) comes to rest against the underside of a hinged counterpart (18) and forces it to perform a pivoting motion whereby lip (20) can slip out from the slot (19).
