<p>The control valve operating handle is for hydraulic or pneumatic heavy duty working operations, and prevents accidental operation of an adjacent handle, while one handle is operated. The operating shaft (2) is connected by a ball joint to the lever mechanism operating the distributing slide valve inside the housing (5). To carry out the various operations via the slide valves the shaft can be moved in forward/back, as well as in two lateral directions. The lower end of the shaft is guided in slots (6) normal to each other. A sliding sleeve (7) has its lower (8) end shaped so that when the sleeve is pushed down, it comes to rest in the centre of the cross-shaped slots and prevents the shaft from moving in any direction, while keeping it in the neutral position.</p> |
