<p>The drive comprises an endless belt (4) and one or more vee pulleys (1-3, 9-11), at least one conical half of which slides axially under the action of a hydraulic ram rotating with the pulley, a hydraulic pipe being connected to the ram at one end. The other end of the pipe discharges via a component (18) extending radially outwards and rotating with the ram (13), housed in a stationary chamber (20). The supply of fluid to and its discharge from the ram takes place through this chamber. The component can be disc-shaped, with one or more radial passages leading to its peripheral surface.</p> |
