A casting alloy contg. 40-55% Cr and sufficient Nb to leave 0.2-2% uncombined and is not 0.3% N balance Ni, has a tensile strength of >=4 h bars at 700 degrees C for >=10,000 hrs and >=1 h bar at 900 degrees C for >=10,000 hrs, unlike alloys of parent patent which because of free N2 had high loss of ductility on prolonged heating. |
