Cooking range temp. controller - has snap action switch on rocker with spring lug ensuring bias adjustment

The temp. control for frying in the range chamber is ensured by a snap-action switch (9) in the heater circuit. The switch is mounted on the rocker (13) which shares a pivot (14) with lever (6)., and whose lug (15) contacts a cam (16) when loaded by a spring (17). The free end of the rocker (13) features an adjustment screw (18), and the cam (16) is guided in the bottom plate (4) by bush (20') and acted upon by leaf spring (21). The temp. sensor is formed by the thermal expansion rod (2) which is coupled to a lever (6) carrying a switching pin (8) for operating snap-action switch (9).
