Resistance network with stacked ceramic layers - has resistance paths on individual ceramic foils sintered together with leads in stack legs

The laminated body of ceramic layers has laterally spaced legs, in which extend leads to the resistance paths. The laminated body is a stack of ceramic support foils (2) whose main surfaces (24) are provided with resistance paths (3). The foils are sintered to form a compact body (1) whose narrow sides (9) have several legs (4) next to each other. Each leg is coated with a solderable metalised film (5) which covers the leg surface (41) and regions (42) near to this surface on each leg, however, without covering the legs completely. Preferably only one main surface of the support foils carries a resistance path, and the stacking is of such manner that the individual resistance paths are sequentially and spatially separated.
