LOW POWDER COMPLEMENTARY FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR (CFET) LOGIC CIRCUIT

The driver consists of a switchable input FET of a first channel conduction type between the output and a first potential, and a load connected between the output and a second potential. A switchable load circuit is provided between the output and a supply voltage terminal, which consists of two complementary FET; in order to carry out a logic NAND function a circuit brings down the potential at the output down to that of the frame or earth. The circuit between the output and a potential (frame or +V), consisting of two complementary FET's has a capacitor between output and the above potential (earth or +V).
